Because Flippiq sells electronic consumer devices, not every return request automatically qualifies for approval.

Flippiq provides a limited 30-Day Product Guarantee covering verified manufacturing defects only.

The guarantee specifically excludes:

The sole remedy under this guarantee shall be repair, replacement, or another solution determined appropriate by Flippiq.

Flippiq does not guarantee compatibility with third-party software, unofficial firmware, or user modifications.

Customers assume full responsibility for any software modifications performed after purchase.

Customers agree to contact Flippiq prior to initiating any payment dispute whenever reasonably possible.

Where fraudulent or abusive chargebacks are suspected, Flippiq reserves the right to submit all relevant evidence—including payment records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and customer communications—to the applicable payment processor or financial institution.
